Application Components:

  • $40 non-refundable application fee
  • Application, including background on your education and career experience and 2 open responses
  • Copy of any license or certificate you hold, if applicable

This application is meant to be completed in one sitting. You will need approximately 15-25 minutes to complete it, and we recommend saving your open responses. Applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days.

Admissions Requirements

Our goal is to admit students who are likely to meet course expectations and find success in our program. There are two paths to admissions eligibility. If you meet one of these, you are eligible to apply to FMCA. Not sure if you qualify? Email our Admissions Team at

Path 1

Hold a certificate, associate’s degree, or higher in a healthcare or wellness-related field, including and not limited to:

  • Social Worker
  • Counselor
  • Educator
  • Health/Science Researcher
  • Psychologist
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Registered Nurse
  • Nutrition (including all NANP members)
  • Dietitian
  • Coach (Health or Life)
  • Mind-body medicine
  • Acupuncturist
  • Personal Trainer
  • Yoga Instructor
  • Pilates Instructor
  • Massage Therapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Physical Therapist
  • Similar health/wellness field

Path 2

If you do not meet the Path 1 criteria and believe you are a good fit for the program, you may petition for admission by completing the petition section of the application.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered up to 14 days after the class start date. Students are eligible for a refund of tuition paid minus a $500 processing fee. There will be no refunds after 14 days from the start of class. If you want to withdraw after the class has started, you will be required to sign the Withdraw Agreement and are encouraged to complete an exit interview with the Dean of Students to review your reasons for departure.

Late Enrollment Policy

Late enrollments are not permitted; incoming students must be prepared to start class on time.

Deferment Policy

Students have the option to defer to a later class with a $200 deferment fee. Students that defer are held to the refund period of their original class. If you request a deferment after the class has started, you will be required to sign the Deferral Agreement and complete an interview with the Dean of Students to review your reasons for deferment.

Application Fee

The $40.00 application fee is non-refundable. Once you pay your application fee you will be directed to the application. Your application will be reviewed within 2-3 business days of submission.
