Requirements for Admission

Certificate, associate degree or higher in a healthcare or wellness-related field, including, but not limited to:

Social Worker
Counselor
Educator
Health/Science Researcher
Psychologist

Nurse Practitioner
Registered Nurse
Nutrition (including all NANP members)
Dietician
Coach (Health or Life)
Mind-body medicine
Acupuncturist

Personal Trainer
Yoga Instructor
Pilates Instructor
Massage Therapist
Occupational Therapist
Physical Therapist

Those who do not meet the above criteria may petition for admission by submitting a statement to our Admissions Team articulating why you believe that the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Inc. is a good fit for you.

Admission Checklist

  • Submit the $40 non-refundable application fee
  • Submit completed application
  • Upload a copy of your license or certificate (if applicable)
  • You have one week from beginning your application to complete it. If your application is not submitted within one week, you must reapply.
  • Note: Please use the name and current contact information of the individual planning to enroll in the program on all forms, including application and payment

Our Refund Policy

For all paid-in-full tuitions, a full refund, less a $275 processing fee, will be offered prior to the first day of the month class begins. A full refund, less a $500 processing fee, will be offered up to 14 days after the start of class. There will be no refunds after 14 days from the start of class; you have the option to defer for 1 year (equal to 2 class cycles) with a $200 deferment fee. We do not allow incoming students to start late or enroll after class has started.

For all investment plan refunds, the down payment and plan processing fee are non-refundable. You can request a refund up to 14 days after the start of class. There will be no refunds after 14 days from the start of class; you have the option to defer for 1 year (equal to 2 class cycles) with a $200 deferment fee. We do not allow incoming students to start late or enroll after class has started.

If you request a refund after class has started, you will be required to complete an exit interview with the Dean of Students to review your reasons for departure.

APPLICATION FEE: The $40.00 application fee is non-refundable.  Once you pay your application fee you will be directed to the application.  Your application will be reviewed within 2-3 business days of submission.
